In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pin88 website accessible at https://pin88.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile applications, and associated API services.
• "pin88" / "we" / "us" / "our" means the operating entity that owns and operates the pin88 platform, incorporated and licensed in the relevant offshore gaming jurisdiction.
• "User" / "you" / "your" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not they have registered an account.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual in accordance with the registration process set out in Clause 3.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds, credited bonuses, and net winnings held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or cashback amounts credited to your Account under a specific promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you directly into your Account via an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals or other account actions are approved.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which is the default time zone used by pin88 for all operational and deadline purposes.

Access to and use of the pin88 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pin88 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Any individual found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited pending investigation.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a location where doing so does not violate the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pin88 does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any particular location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the Platform if you have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether requested by yourself or imposed by pin88 — at the time of account registration or login.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on pin88. Registering multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not an Excluded Person: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of pin88 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

To access real-money betting and gaming services on pin88, you must complete the account registration process. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• You must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a strong password during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. pin88 will not be held liable for unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify pin88 immediately at the contact email provided in Clause 15.
• pin88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Account names, usernames, and profile information must not contain offensive, defamatory, or misleading content. pin88 reserves the right to require a username change or close an Account that violates this requirement.
• You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change, particularly contact details relevant to transaction verification and KYC compliance.

pin88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may also be required at registration, after significant deposit activity, or at any time pin88 deems necessary to comply with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

• Identity Documents: You may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Indonesian national identity card — KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of Age: Documents must clearly establish that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Address: You may be required to submit a recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last 90 days confirming your registered address.
• Payment Method Verification: You may be required to provide evidence of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals (e.g., a screenshot or bank statement showing your name and account number).
• Source of Funds: In cases involving high-volume transactions, pin88 may request documentation supporting the legitimate source of funds used for wagering.

Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. pin88 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a user's failure to provide complete and satisfactory KYC documentation in a timely manner.

pin88 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Indonesian local payment methods, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment method availability may vary based on transaction volume and operational conditions.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded less any applicable bank charges.
• pin88 does not charge a processing fee on deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer. E-wallet deposits are also fee-free on pin88's end; however, your e-wallet provider may apply its own charges.
• Real Money Funds are credited to your Account Balance only after pin88 confirms receipt of cleared funds.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your KYC-verified profile. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted based on your Account verification tier and VIP status.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for local Indonesian bank transfers is 15 minutes to 4 hours during WIB business hours. Processing times may be longer during public holidays or periods of high transaction volume.
• pin88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing time. Users will be notified of any such delays.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

All transactions on pin88 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Currency conversion is not available on the Platform.

pin88 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Indonesian residents only.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated in each offer's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, after which unused Bonus Funds expire without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers on pre-match markets typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, slots, and other verticals may contribute at different rates as specified in the promotion terms.
• Withdrawal Order: Real Money Funds are always available for withdrawal ahead of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after wagering requirements are fully met.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active on your Account at a time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus balance.
• Abuse: pin88 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close the relevant Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, use of automated tools, or deliberate exploitation of offer mechanics.
• Changes: pin88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.

All sports betting, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on pin88 are governed by the specific rules published in the relevant game or sport section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between those specific rules and these general Terms, the specific rules take precedence.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when pin88 issues a bet confirmation reference number. Bets are accepted at pin88's absolute discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager without explanation.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, game type, and Account tier.
• Palpable Errors: In the event that a price, odds, or payout is offered due to a manifest error (e.g., incorrect decimal point), pin88 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and to settle at the correct price where that is determinable.
• Voided Events: In sports betting, an event that does not start or is abandoned before completion may result in bets being voided and stakes refunded, in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
• Live Betting: Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time. Bets accepted before a suspension notice takes effect are considered confirmed and will be settled according to the prevailing rules.
• Game Results: All casino game results — including slots, live dealer games, and virtual sports — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are final once the game round completes. No adjustment will be made to completed game rounds unless an independently verified software fault is confirmed.
• Mix Parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets: Rules governing selection combinations, void-leg treatment, and minimum odds per leg are published in the sports betting section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pin88 platform. Breach of any of the prohibitions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction.
• Money Laundering: Using pin88 as a vehicle to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity. pin88 maintains anti-money-laundering controls in compliance with its licensing obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on pin88, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, execute strategies, or interact with the Platform in a manner not authorized by pin88.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: Any involvement in attempts to fix, manipulate, or influence the outcome of any sporting event, match, or game offered on pin88.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or poker environments to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback, reversal, or dispute through your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to funds deposited on pin88, without first exhausting the dispute resolution process outlined in Clause 15.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

pin88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to helping users maintain control over their gaming activity. We provide the following tools, all accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which your session will be automatically terminated.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cool-Off Period: Request a temporary account restriction for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, login, deposits, and wagering are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the selected duration. All promotional communications will cease immediately upon self-exclusion.

All content on the pin88 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and odds data — is the proprietary intellectual property of pin88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent from pin88.
• You must not use any pin88 logo, trademark, or brand asset in any manner that could cause confusion, suggest endorsement, or damage the reputation of pin88.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematic extraction of odds data, game results, or any other Platform data by automated means is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pin88 excludes all liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond our reasonable control (including internet service outages, natural disasters, government action, or force majeure events).
• Any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if pin88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, prices, or market data resulting from data feed errors by third-party suppliers, where pin88 has taken reasonable steps to verify data integrity.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials or your use of unsecured devices or networks.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pin88's aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits you made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pin88's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

pin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal that has not been resolved through our dispute process.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in the Account dashboard.
• Regulatory requirement or direction by a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, pin88 may withhold and forfeit the Account Balance, including any Real Money Funds, pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of identity verification.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 WIB business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally; resulting balances will be paid out to your verified payment account.

pin88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

• Material changes — such as changes to eligibility requirements, withdrawal conditions, or liability provisions — will be communicated to registered users via email to the address on file at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
• Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory guidance, may take effect immediately upon publication without direct notification.
• Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pin88 holds its international gaming operating license. This governing law applies to all matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including non-contractual disputes or claims.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Informal Resolution: In the first instance, contact our customer support team via the email address in Clause 15. The majority of account and transaction disputes are resolved within 3 WIB business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution process does not result in a satisfactory outcome, you may submit a formal written complaint to our Compliance Department at the same contact email, marked clearly as "Formal Complaint." We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a final position within 14 business days.
3. Arbitration: If a formal complaint remains unresolved, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the recognized arbitration body in pin88's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect that party's rights pending arbitration.
